Privacy Policy
1. iiTRA Limited (“iiTRA”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our members, prospective members and their representatives. This commitment is not however absolute, and is applied pragmatically and proportionately. We collect data on or in relation to: (1) providing services to our members, (2) introducing our services to prospective members and/or (3) communicating with their representatives who are disclosed to us. For the purposes of avoiding discrimination, we may also need to process personal data or sensitive personal data about any representative of a member or prospective member. We may engage agents and subcontractors (our “Agents”) to assist us in providing services to members and may disclose your data to our Agents for these purposes. If we need to transfer your data to countries that do not provide the same level of data protection as the UK, iiTRA will do so under an appropriate contract to ensure that your information is adequately protected and your privacy respected.


2. Although we try to ensure the security of our electronic communications, iiTRA does not accept liability for any electronic communication that is: (a) intercepted or otherwise falls into the hands of those other than the intended recipient; or (b) changed or corrupted after dispatch.


3. Our website may contain links to other websites. If you use these links to leave our site, such sites are not governed by this privacy policy. iiTRA does not have any control over such other website(s) and cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide to them. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website(s) in question.


4. In addition to member services, iiTRA, its Agents, sponsors and other service providers (collectively, our “Suppliers”) may use your data for marketing, administration, and/or training. We may disclose information to our Suppliers who may contact you with information that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such information from us or our Suppliers, please contact the Data Controller by email at the address below.


5. You have a right of access, under data protection legislation, to the data we hold about you. You are entitled to ask for a copy of your information (for which a small fee is payable). If you: (1) wish to correct any inaccuracies in your data; or (2) advise of a change to your contact details, or (3) have any queries about how we use your information, please contact the Data Controller at the email address below.


6. This privacy policy may change at any time and you are encouraged to review this notice regularly. iiTRA will notify you of any changes where we are required to do so. This policy is effective from 3 January 2012.
